You can request a refund quickly and easily if you discover that there's a product missing from your delivery.
If you've received an order in the last 7 days, you'll find Orders under 'My Ocado'. Select the right delivery from your list of 'Previous orders', then click 'Request refund' and select 'Request refund' for the products you'd like to refund; tell us the Quantity and under Reason, choose 'Missing item'.
If more than 7 days have passed and you don't see the 'Request refund' link, please fill in the Contact Us form on our Get in touch page. This will allow us to prioritise your query and deal with it as quickly as possible.
